ADMISSION POLICIES/REQUIREMENT
A. INCOMING FRESHMEN:
The following are the basic requirements for freshmen:
1. HS Report Card (F138)
2. F137
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. 2pcs. 2x2 Colored Picture
5. 2 Long brown envelope
6. 2 long mailing envelope
7. 2 mailing stamps
A student may temporarily be admitted pending submission of the above requirements provided he/she signs a Promisory Note on when He/She can submit the credentials.
B. TRANSFEREES
A student who has been enrolled in a post secondary course in another school and who desires to transfer to CCPF shall take Assessment Examination. The Guidance Councelor, College Dean or any authorized school representative shall interview the applicants.
The following requirements are required when seeking admission:
1. Transcript of Records or True Copies of Grades
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. 2 pcs. 2x2 Colored Picture
4. 2 pcs. long brown envelopes
5. 2 pcs. long mailing envelopes
6. 2 pcs. mailing stamps
A student may be temporarily admitted pending submission of the above requirements provided he/she signs a Promisorry Note on when He/She can submit the credential
